As the founder & managing principal of Rethought Construction, Saleh has worked with much acclaim & respect among his peers for his leadership & technical aptitude in every project he pursues for the past 11 years.

Out of college, Saleh naturally drifted to the construction field where he quickly was able to gain valuable industry experience. With an appreciation and talent for managing a job site, Saleh was able to quickly move up the ranks taking up every major position within his field. Yet, Saleh wanted to a deeper meaning in his construction work.

Always one to take on a challenge, he soon joined the United Nations to further understand how to effectively plan and modernize cities through streamlined city & capital planning strategies. He later joined Gensler, a top design firm, as a Commercial Real Estates Strategist helping his clients understand and better utilize their real estate portfolios.

After finding himself at odds with the siloed nature of the two fields, he was inspired to pave his own path through Rethought where he was able to merge his two passions for construction and strategic planning.
